Fondazione LINKS and FEAT Ventures have been selected as delivery partners for SPIN: Rise 2026, a pre-incubation programme co-funded by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) and delivered through 28DIGITAL. As part of this collaboration, they will design and run VECTAR — Ventures in Emerging & Critical Technologies for Aerospace & Robotics.

VECTAR is a hybrid programme supporting deep-tech researchers in aerospace and robotics in exploring the commercial potential of their work.

Six weeks of structured online training — covering IP valorisation, open innovation, customer discovery, market analysis, pitching and team building — lead into an intensive three-day in-person bootcamp at FEAT House in Turin.

The programme connects participants with key actors from Turin’s aerospace and robotics innovation ecosystem, including incubators, VC funds, competence centres and industry partners, and is built on a core belief: researchers do not need to become entrepreneurs, but they deserve the tools and connections to make informed choices about how their work can reach the market.
